ABOUT ME

My name is Jayden McDonald, and I am a multifaceted creative professional specializing in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, sound design, directing, and music. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Screen Media from Griffith Film School, graduating in 2017. Since then, I have continuously refined my expertise across various domains, expanding my proficiency from video production to graphic design.

Utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite, I have effectively applied my knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro to Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. My commitment to creative excellence is evident through my diverse roles as a photographer, musician, designer, video editor, and director. Recently, I have ventured into 3D animation and photogrammetry to further enhance my skill set.

I am proud to have received several accolades, including the Most Outstanding Visual Effects award for my graduate film at Griffith and an Achievement in Visual Effects from the 48 Hour Film Festival. Additionally, as part of the Flight Centre team, we have earned numerous accolades, reflecting the collective efforts and support of our creative department.

My professional experience includes notable contributions to short films and music videos, with significant roles at Youfoodz, Fitness and Lifestyle Group, and Flight Centre. In these roles, I have consistently elevated brand identities and brought creative concepts to life.

I am recognized for my capability to produce and deliver high-quality content from inception to completion. My skills in managing client expectations and working through detailed briefs ensure exceptional outcomes in every project.
